Terms and Conditions
  1. Customers must register as Beauty Connect members of the NARS brand, by registering through beauty connect platform before purchasing NARS products.
  2. Points will accumulate from purchases made at NARS counters in all department stores, EVE AND BOY, and nars.co.th. Purchases made through KIS, SEPHORA, duty-free shops, other online channels, and any unauthorized channels are excluded.
  3. Membership levels will be calculated based on the accumulated purchases made in the past 12 months. Membership levels will be automatically upgraded when the accumulated purchase amount reaches or exceeds the minimum required for each membership level.
  4. Customers can check their purchase history, accumulated points, and membership level through the Beauty Connect website and application.
  5. Shiseido (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) reserves the right to exclude any product purchases that are canceled for any reason from being counted.
  6. In the case of any disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final.
  7. The Company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions
  1. Points can be accumulated from purchases made at NARS counters in all department stores, EVE AND BOY, nars.co.th and NARS Official Lazada Mall. Purchases made through KIS, SEPHORA, duty-free shops, other online channels, and any other unauthorized channels are excluded.
  2. Service Redemption can be redeemed at NARS counters from January 7, 2024, to November 30,2024
  3. Year-end gifts can be redeemed from December 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025
  4. Each customer is limited to redeeming year-end gifts up to 3 times by January 31, 2025.
  5. Multiple gift sets can be redeemed per transaction, with the following limits:
    - For the 10,000-point level, a maximum of 6 items per level per member.
    - For the 20,000-point level and and 40,000-point levels, a maximum of the same gift 5 sets per level per member.
  6. Once a redemption request is submitted through Beauty Connect, it cannot be changed or canceled.
  7. Gift availability is limited. The Company reserves the right to modify gift details or close redemptions if gifts are fully redeemed before January 31, 2025, with prior notice.
  8. Gifts can only be collected at the specified NARS counter chosen by the customer. Processing and delivery to the specified counter may take 45-90 business days, with notification provided via SMS or phone. Customers can collect gifts until April 30, 2025, or until further notice. The Company reserves the right to take further action if the gift is not collected by the specified date.
  9. Annual points accumulated from NARS product purchases up to December 31 of each year can be redeemed for gifts by January 31 of the following year.
  10. Points and gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  11. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
